Soy Foods


Soyfoods.......including edamame, tofu and soymilk can help to keep skin firm. These foods are rich in Isoflavones. Isoflavones help prevent collagen breakdown. They also act as antioxidants----attacking free radicals caused by sun exposure.

  1. 98% of the American Soy Crop is GMO. Please take the advice; but take it one step further and avoid GMO soy....how? Buy Organic or look for certified non-gmo.
