Foods That Lessen Back Pain

The following foods reduce inflammation.  You have to continue to eat these foods to see a reduction in your back pain.  If you stay with it you will see a difference!

  1. tart cherries
  2. olive oil                                                   
  3. green tea
  4. salmon
  5. sardines
  6. walnuts
Vitamin D is also very important....It has been found that people with back pain are deficient in Vitamin D.   (Ask your doctor what amount of Vitamin D you should be taking)
