A new study finds that doing yoga a few times a week provides great relief from symptoms of menopause. The study which appears in the journal Menopause says that yoga is not a cure but does greatly improve symptoms. Yoga is said to relieve many symptoms such as stress, body aches and pains, hot flashes, mood swings, night sweats, etc. Yoga also seems to be an anti-aging weapon.
