Yogurt

  1. I missed this one. As I have commented before the healthiest thing I do at the moment is probably eat yogurt everyday. I like the 1 with the vitamin d and will try Yoplait b/c of this information. A nutritionist advised me to get plain yogurt (yuch) and add fruit. May be the best way to get your nutrition but too much work for me. I have also made shakes with it (also too much work for me most of the time)! Keep writing and I'll keep reading. ann
