Oriental Chicken Salad

Healthy and easy to make!


Ingredients:  (this is for one serving)

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup diced chicken breast
1/2 cup crispy chow mein noodles (La Choy makes a good one!)
2 ounces of any Thai peanut or honey lime dressing


Toss everything together in a bowl and enjoy!
