Grab and go salad

Hi lovely ladies,

A great idea to make sure you eat a healthy lunch every day:
Make jars of salad on Sunday night that you can just grab each morning to bring to work.  If you layer the ingredients properly, the salad stays fresh for up to four days.  It is important that the dressing stays at the bottom.  You don't want the lettuce or spinach to touch the dressing.  You can add anything that you personally like to your salad.  The one below is mushrooms, tomatoes, quinoa, and spinach.  I would probably keep my dressing separate but you really don't have to.  What do you think of this idea?  Would you try this?
