Craving Something Not So Sweet?

Each of these snacks below are 200 calories or less:


  1. Top a small baked potato with salsa and one ounce of grated low-fat cheese.
  2. Heat one cup of low-sodium tomato soup.  Enjoy it with five whole-grain crackers.
  3. Sprinkle three cups of air-popped popcorn with one or two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Mix one-quarter cup of black beans with some salsa.  Roll into a six-inch whole-wheat tortilla.
