All of us take dietary supplements. I do. Right now I take vitamin D3 and Biotin and I want to add fish oil. I also take Calcium from time to time. I came across this video and wanted to share it with you. There is always a new medical study and findings. We should listen to be informed.
good information, Elyse. one thing all the "experts" seem to agree on is that we are best off to get our vitamins and good nutrition from food. Easier said than done. I do try to have 1 yogurt a day but there's so much more I could do to be healthier!
