I love the idea of the little accent pieces for each holiday.I had a red bedroom for many years. Now it's beiges and whites with a few red accents. I liked both. However an interior designer told me that red (or so much red) should be used in a restaurant not so much in a bedroom. She said you want soothing, soft colors where you rest. Red is for excitement & partying. I guess it depends what you want to do in your bedroom?
ReplyDeleteI agree with you. Accent pieces for each holiday is pretty. I would never want a red bedroom. Possibly a burgundy wall in a dining room. I agree that your bedroom should have soft, relaxing colors. xoxo
