Dr. Oz talks to Wendy Williams on lifestyle changes that are important to staying active and healthy. Taking Omega-3 supplements is key. I am going out tomorrow to buy this supplement. It is essential to having great skin. Omega-3's keep skin plumped up and youthful. These essential fatty acids nourish skin and keep wrinkles diminished.  
Salmon is a good source of omega-3 as well as an excellent source of protein which is extremely important for great skin as well.
